If you're looking for a simple gluten free breakfast, here it is! This recipe is straight from the Daniel Plan Cookbook. We ate LOTS of this when we were strictly following the guidelines from the Daniel Plan and still have it every other week or so. Balsamic Pot Roast

Talk about a hardy winter meal! I felt all full and warm just making this roast! We got our first snow last weekend and luckily I had made it to the store in time to get the ingredients for this delicious crock-pot recipe. Food City may have been running low on milk and bread, but they had plenty of Boston Butt's for me to choose from! I guess pork isn't a "snow staple" for most folks. We don't eat much pork around here, but when we do, it's exquisite!
