Four Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies
Simplicity is nice isn't it?
Matthew and I don't keep junk food in the house because our self control is about a 2 on a scale from 1 to 10.
However, some nights we just gotta have something sweet!
These simple peanut butter cookies really hit the spot.
I'm betting you have all these ingredients in your kitchen already!
We buy our peanut butter from Kroger's because they have an affordable brand made without sugar! (yes, most peanut butters are made with sugar. Isn't everything?)
Of course, the cookies themselves call for sugar (or they wouldn't be cookies), but when we eat peanut butter with other things, it's nice to know the only ingredients are peanuts and salt!
But I digress...
This recipe comes in clutch on those nights when your sweet tooth is nagging you, but you don't have any pre-made treats around.
